Extractor & Exporter — Chrome Extension

This policy describes what data the extension collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled. We collect the minimum data required to operate sign-in, paid subscriptions, and plan limits — nothing more.
1. Data we collect

2. Data we do NOT collect
No browsing history
No browsing history and no YouTube watch history, ever.
Playlist contents are never stored
Extracting a playlist and copying its links happen entirely inside your browser — the links never leave your machine (a paid copy sends only how many links there are, to check your subscription and device). Exporting is different: the file is built on our server, so the list you are exporting (links, titles, durations, channels and thumbnail URLs) is sent with that request. This applies to every format — TXT, CSV, JSON and Excel — as well as “Copy Details”. That data is held in memory only long enough to build what you asked for, returned to you, and then discarded: it is never written to disk, never saved to a database, and never shared. Google Sheets export does not pass through our server at all — your browser writes to your spreadsheet directly.
No payment card details
Payments are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record); we never see or store your card data.
No other websites
No data from any website other than the YouTube page you explicitly extract from.
3. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore and Cloud Functions) — sign-in, data storage, and building your exports. Google Privacy Policy

- Google Sheets / Drive APIs — used
only when you choose "Export to Google Sheets", with your explicit OAuth consent each
time. The extension requests the narrow
drive.filescope (access only to files it creates or that you pick) and the Sheets scope. You can revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone other than the processors listed above.
4. Extension permissions

5. Data retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and all associated data (profile, devices, subscription record, and request counters), email us from the address you signed in with. Signing out of the extension removes all tokens from your browser immediately. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will be updated and significant changes will be noted in the extension's Web Store listing.
